Description
APPEARANCE
LANHELIN is a blueish granite with fine grain. It is coming from different quarries giving different grades of blue : from lighter ( more greyish ) to darker (more blueish).
Lanhelin has a low porosity but you may find black spots. Also it includes iron oxyde and could rust outside if not treated. It is a hard granite which allows it an excellent aging and a heavy dirt resistance.
Quarries are producing a a large amount of first choice blocks and it is suitable for large projects.

Uses
Lanhelin is your granit for large projects . Also is one of the few blue stones existing in the world.
Like many granites, LANHELIN is used in construction (walls, floor, indoor or outdoor ). The large output of the quarries makes it an ideal material for large projects (airports, malls …).
It is also used in quantities to the roadworks where its low porosity is a very important advantage (granite is kept clean and ages better).
Finally is also used for funerary tombs.
