APPEARANCE
Near Arudy, in the Pyrenees, is located a grey stone, in fact a marble. Several extractions are on the mountain and thus give to this stone some variations in appearance that we classify into 4 different stones. The best known, the Ste Alpha serving in France for centuries for furniture decoration; in the same extraction is also found Ste Anne granite, with a similar background color but with much more white tips.
Finally it is also found Paloma, mouse background color and Henri IV, a little darker with white veins.
Capacity of the quarry Henri 4 allows to supply projects up to 2000-3000M2 ; Ste Anne Alpha and Paloma are suitable for smaller projets (500-1000M2).
Usual slab sizes are 220-260cm x 130-150 cm.
